Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Meat Department Supervisor, the Meat Wrapper wraps products in designated packaging and according to procedure and sanitation standards. She/he arranges packages on display counters or self-service display cases for attractive merchandising. She/he weighs meat products and produces labels indicating weight and price of merchandise. She/he keeps display counters and cases clean and organized. She/he ensures the cutting and wrapping area is clean and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma AND some retail experience
OR
An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered
AND
Food Safety Handling Course, an asset
Language Requirement: English Essential
Experience Requirements:
 In food handling
 In product merchandising
