Carpenter 

Summary:

We are looking for highly skilled Carpenters/Renovators to join our growing team. You must be experienced in all aspects of residential and commercial renovations, including

Responsibilities:

• Accepting direction from the Supervisor.
• Prepare layouts, measure, cut, shape, assemble and join moulding, wood materials, and drywall and plastic materials.
• Fit and install trim items, such as windows, doors and hardware.
• Install wood / steel framing for wall.
• Must have knowledge of Finish carpentry, Trim work, Flooring and Drywall.
• Demonstrated experience in working in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and high quality of finished work.
• Provide training and mentorship to unskilled workers to assist in knowledge development and skill enhancement.
• Clearly communicate with project managers and other staff on site.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site at all times.
• Must have the ability to communicate both verbally and written in English.
• Have the ability to drive a motor vehicle in Ontario (G license.)
• Have a willingness to travel to job sites as required.
• Have a willingness to work extended hours, split shifts, or overtime as required to complete particular project demands.
