Salary: $13.43 per hour
Benefits: 6% vacation pay with each pay

Responsibilities:
The Casual Customer Service / Administrative Support reports directly to the Employment Services Coordinator, and is responsible for the welcoming of residents of Petawawa to Deux Rivières. The Customer Service / Admin Support Casual responds to client’s requests, directs them to the applicable resource and/or program area and provide a wide range of reception / administrative duties at Employment Services – Both Petawawa and Deep River.
Qualifications:
 Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent;
 Office Administration or Customer Service Training/ Course;
 Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
Core Competencies:
The Casual Customer Service / Administrative Support will possess the following:
 Experience in a social or human services environment;
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French;
 Display high level of initiative with minimal supervision;
 Sensitivity and tact in dealing with people, at times under stressful conditions;
 Ability to work well within team environments;
 Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Publisher and Internet);
 Ability to multi-task, work independently, and complete assignments while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
 Knowledge of Canadian Forces lifestyle stresses;
 Knowledge in operating general office equipment;
 Ability to work well within a team environment.
