POSITION OVERVIEW
Leads planning and integration activities at the Medium to Heavy Lift (MHLH) Main Operating Base for Boeing provided support of Customer operations. Applies advanced job principles, theories, and concepts for all product support/logistics disciplines and Program Management Best Practices to direct program activities.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners. Works imbedded as part of the Squadron Leadership team to advise and support the Commanding Officer with Boeing resources as part of the In-Service-Support contract.
Serves as organization spokesperson on operational support and acts as advisor to program management on operational plans and resources needed to support the customer at the Main Operating Base or on deployed operations.
Forecasts and develops plans, analyzes options and recommends alternatives. Executes cost schedule and technical objectives of new (Additional Work Requests) or ongoing programs (In-Service-Support). Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
Leads employees performing activities related to aircraft support.
Leads, develops and motivates employees.
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Responsibilities also include working with several onsite suppliers along with Boeing personnel to provide support to the Customer.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountable to the Medium to Heavy Lift Helicopter Program Manager for all support to the customer at their facility in executing the In Service Support Contract.

Ability to work co-located with Military customer.
