Part-time
Access Healthcare Services Inc. is looking to add a Client Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Pembroke Office. The Right Candidate Will Possess:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Scheduling program
  • Experience in Home healthcare
  • Form development experience
  • Ability to demonstrate proper telephone etiquette
  • Capable of inputting large amounts of data with accuracy
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist with other positions in the office if required
  • Must be able to work every 2nd weekend and evening until 8 PM.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced office
  • Team Player
  • Multi tasking
  • Enjoy scheduling our client’s to provide the great service they deserve.

Qualifications:

  • College Diploma in General Office or Business Administration
  • 1 year of Office Experience Required
  • Course in Medical Terminology would be a great asset
