PTAG is seeking experienced Supply Chain Manager for our client working in Canada on a Nuclear Project.  The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing contracts as assigned by the Manager. Key accountabilities relating to the management of the contract and relationship between the buyer and seller.

Type of Employment : Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the communications between and the actions due by both parties to each other, including scheduling meetings
  • Coordinate the change order process and all requests for change orders in relation to the contractual obligations, including ensuring application of all contractual terms
  • Monitor, document, and report on supplier performance, including managing supplier performance improvement plans for the work

Requirements:

  • 2 plus years of experience specifically on nuclear project
  • Must have excellent communication skills, and relationship-development skills, along with basic negotiator skills; oral and written
  • Must be able to read and have a working understanding of both conventional text and legal terminology and documentation
  • Must also be able to understand basic technical issues and documents
  • Very strong organizational and time management skills are required, along with the ability to coordinate communications for multiple and/or mid-sized contract
