Job Summary

Overview : We are currently looking to for a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This individual will be work in our Renfrew office. This position is the first point of contact either in person or on the phone with clients. The CSR is responsible for creating a positive first impression and providing a quality journey experience. This position supports Robillard Hearing Centres (RHC) to perform a variety of customer service, sales, marketing and administration functions.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure patient’s positive experience is top priority
  • Professionally answer the phone in a timely manner
  • Schedule appointments using the online system
  • Maintain cash box, includes balancing at the end of day, complete end of day reports
  • Maintain day to day operational procedures outlined in the Robillard Manual
  • Filing charts at days end and ensure transfer of files are secure
  • Assist with client contact and outreach
  • Make confirmation calls for next day appointments
  • Support all Marketing Efforts
  • Support Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists

Days & Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday 9 am – 4:30 pm

Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 year + administration
  • office experience preferably in a medical office – asset


  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Must be reliable, have a strong work ethic, and be able to maintain professionalism in the work environment.
  • Must be able to work well both independently and within a team setting.
  • Must be adaptable and willing to be a constant learner
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Adaptable, positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff and clients
  • Advanced Word, Excel and Outlook
