Front Line Admin
Marijuana For Trauma – Petawawa, ON
Marijuana For Trauma (MT) would like to introduce a permanent part-time opportunity for a Front Line Intake Administrator in Petawawa, ON. Twenty hours per week, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. daily.
Our purpose is to provide cannabinoid therapy education and access to medical cannabis to patients with conditions that have not been adequately managed with conventional treatments.
MFT is a veteran-founded company with a mission to improve the quality of life of Canadians suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, chronic pain and/or other medical conditions that have been demonstrated to respond favourably to cannabinoid therapy.
As a Front Line Admin you will be attentive to detail, have strong client communication skills, and a be a strong team player. In this role, you will be a critical component of a cannabis-friendly team working with both current and new clients, assisting them with the registration process ensuring all data is up to date and inputted into our database system. You will reach out to clients for follow-up appointments and them when required.
The successful candidate will:
Act as first point of contact for Marijuana for Trauma Inc. and ensure coverage of telephone and reception area: answer and direct incoming calls, respond to electronic mail, greet clients and direct to appropriate staff, forward registration and pending paperwork inquiries to CPM Administrators.
Ensure attention to detail and data accuracy when working in the CPM Database system.
Provide a high quality of service to all clients via phone lines and responding to electronic inquiries with a clear client service focus.
Demonstrates and provides information about services provided to clientele.
Maintain appropriate turnaround time on incoming MFT Chapter emails.
Coordinate and assist in conference calls, meetings, client sessions, and conferences.
Filing and organizing.
Work with client registrations, create a complete client file and make client notes
Maintains all clinical service schedules specific to their location such as cannabis coaching, processing, HBOT, psych, chiro, massage, etc.
Travel to trade shows, conventions and openings as required.
Act as back up for the CPM Admin to cover breaks, sick day, vacation, etc.
Other assigned tasks as necessary to the function of the office.
Qualifications
Successful completion of a recognized administrative program
1 – 2 years experience in an office setting
1-2 years of Microsoft suite experience
Medical office experience would be an asset
Ability to work in a busy office
Above average customer service skills
