The Corporation of the Town of Arnprior invites applications for the position of:
Lifeguard

Job Type: Part-Time
Work Location: Nick Smith Centre
Reports to: Pool/Program Supervisor
Hourly Wage: $17.17/hr (Grade 3)
Hours of Work: Normal work hours shall be less than 24 hours per week, will vary depending on operational needs, and shifts may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
The Town of Arnprior is currently inviting applications from qualified candidates to fill a part-time position of Lifeguard. Reporting to the Pool/Program Supervisor of the Recreation Services Department the position will work cooperatively with related recreational staff to ensure the successful and enjoyable delivery of the swim programs by performing guarding and swim instructions duties. The successful candidates shall be 16 years of age or older, be able to obtain a satisfactory criminal background check, and have current First Aid and CPR-AED certification, National Lifeguard Service(NLS) certification, and Red Cross/Lifesaving Society (LSS) Instructors certification.
