Provides administrative support to Property Manager including preparing letters and memos, credit checks and calling references. Perform reception duties including answering phone calls, receipt and distribution of mail. Collects rent from walk-in tenants. Collects all necessary documents for tenant files. Answers tenant related calls. Schedule property showings. Assists and monitors service contracts. Schedules superintendent/contractors to resolve maintenance issues. Provides courteous and efficient service to tenants and contractors. Renew yearly contracts such elevator contract, snow removal and landscaping contract, fire alarm inspection, garbage contract etc. Two years office related experience an asset. Must be experience with Excel and Word. Must have a high school diploma. Training will be provided. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $30,000.00 to $35,000.00 /year Experience:
