Frank’s Electric has been serving the electrical needs of Pembroke and area for over 25 years. We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator-Bookkeeper. This is a full-time position.


Responsibilities of this position:


  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Monthly bank reconciliation
  • Submit government remittances including payroll deductions, HST, WSIB
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Prepare year-end financial statements to submit to the accountant
  • Prepare weekly payroll and timesheets
  • Customer invoicing
  • Extensive knowledge of Sage 50 (formerly Simply Accounting)
  • Knowledge of MS office, Google Docs, Drop Box, iCloud calendar
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of the electrical industry is an asset
