Description:
A Petawawa business is recruiting for an Office Assistant. This is a part-time position at three days per week.

  • Greeting visitors and notifying clients accordingly
  • Answering telephone calls quickly and professionally for multiple clients
  • Updating schedules and client profiles throughout the day
  • Providing administrative support to clients when necessary
  • Mail sorting and distribution
  • General office duties
Qualifications
  • Ability to function within a team setting but also work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Takes initiative
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Can handle stress and stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent problem solver
