Lavigueur Law, a busy law firm located in Eganville, is recruiting for a full-time Office Clerk/Legal Assistant. Position is set to begin as soon as possible.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Transcribe and type legal documents
  • Organize and expedite flow of work
  • Organize and maintain client files
  • Preparing standard legal documents (factums, motion records etc.)
  • Handling inquires
  • Providing exceptional service to the firm’s clients and potential clients
  • General administrative duties including: photocopying, filing, email
  • Solid computer knowledge, and knowledge of Microsoft programs
  • Ability to demonstrate time management and organizational skills
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Experience in a law office would be an asset, but willing to train.
