In a home care setting you will assist clients with routine activities of daily living and personal care. You will be responsible to provide home care to clients in the areas of:|
Quality of Life: relieving caregivers, teaching clients how to live independently, advocating for client independence, and encouraging clients to try things to increase independence
Activities of Daily Living: waking clients up, bathing and grooming, dressing, assisting with medication, toileting, monitoring client status, ambulation, and completing other duties as per the clients Care Plan
Candidates successful in obtaining employment will be required to provide a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening valid within six (6) months of start date as well as an up-to-date negative TB (Tuberculosis) test and proof of current immunization status.
