|Working in the community is a challenging and rewarding experience as you assist clients to continue to live at home by helping them with their daily personal care needs. Whether your clients are elderly, injured, special needs or recovering from surgery, you assist with everything from daily household activities, to emotional support and personal care. You have the flexibility to work on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis. Utilizing your skills in personal care you observe and report changes in client status. As a member of a team you participate in client specific meetings as well as engage in activities that can shape ParaMed’s care delivery processes.|
