SEASONAL STORE MANAGER / BRAND CHAMPION JOB SUMMARY FOR OVER 50 YEARS, Hickory Farms has been a leading retailer of specialty food products. Our best selection of products can be found at our Holiday Gift Centers in shopping malls across the country during the holiday season. You and all the members of our retail operations are the forefront of a very important Hickory Farms team, TEAM PREMIUM. The foundation of our success is based on the quality of our associates. It is our desire that our Brand Champions lead the team in providing our guests with a gourmet gift buying experience to remember. We are looking for professional, brand conscious, guest-service and sales driven people to fill Store Manager Positions. Store Manager / Brand Champions are responsible for managing one store/kiosk. Specific duties include: ensuring that their team is well trained, actively providing a gourmet shopping experience to all of our guests and prospective guests by offering samples and assisting in guest’s gift purchasing needs, stocking and overseeing the stocking of the kiosk, representing the high standard of Hickory Farms, and meeting the daily and yearly sales goals. Strong leadership and communication skills are required. Computer skills are a plus. Work hours will vary and the job requirement dates are mid-October through the holiday season.
