GROUNDS LABOURER
Renfrew County Housing Corporation – Positions available at the following locations:
• Arnprior (Competition #18-38) • Barry’s Bay / Palmer Rapids (Competition #18-39) • Pembroke (Competition #18-40)
Rate: $13.15 per hour Approx. Start Date: April & May 2018 Approx. End Date: August 31, 2018
Duties:
Assists with grass cutting, repairs to patios, garbage handling, painting, carpet shampooing, general assistance to custodians & maintenance personnel on a wide range of repair and janitorial tasks.
Qualifications:
• Secondary school or College education is preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must provide personal CSA approved safety boots/footwear. appropriate work attire required.
LABOURER
Public Works & Engineering Department – Positions available at the following locations:
• Cobden (Competition #18-41) • Goshen (Renfrew) (Competition #18-42) • Pembroke (Competition #18-43) • Southwest (Palmer Rapids) (Competition #18-44)
Rate: $13.15 per hour Approx. Start Date: April 30, 2018 Approx. End Date: August 31, 2018
Duties:
Assists with debris and litter pickup on County roads, installation of roadway signage, repairs to fencing, guardrails and guide posts, trimming or removal of trees, brush and grass from County roads and garage and yard maintenance.
Qualifications:
• Secondary school education is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required. • Must provide personal CSA approved safety boots/footwear.
MAINTENANCE PERSON
Development & Property Department – Positions available at the following locations:
• Pembroke (Competition #18-45) • Renfrew (Competition #18-46)
Rate: $13.15 per hour Approx. Start Date: April 30, 2018 Approx. End Date: August 31, 2018
Duties:
Assists with grass cutting and landscaping duties, garbage handling, painting, pick-ups and deliveries, and other general custodial and maintenance duties.
Qualifications:
• University or College enrollment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required. • Must provide personal CSA approved safety boots/footwear.
RCHC CLERK
Renfrew County Housing Corporation – Renfrew (Competition #18-47)
Rate: $13.15 per hour Approx. Start Date: April 30, 2018 Approx. End Date: August 31, 2018
Duties:
Provides administrative support and assistance for the Renfrew County Housing Corporation.
Qualifications:
• Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Secondary school or college education is preferred. • Office attire.
SECRETARY I
Human Resources – Pembroke (Competition #18-48)
Rate: $13.15 per hour Approx. Start Date: April 30, 2018 Approx. End Date: August 31, 2018
Duties:
Provides administrative support and assistance for the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 programs, an asset.
• Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality. • Secondary school or college education is preferred.
• Office attire.
INTEGRATION FACILITATOR
Child Care and Early Years Division (Competition #18-49)
Rate: $13.15 per hour Approx. Start Date: April 30, 2018 Approx. End Date: August 31, 2018
Duties:
Responsible for supporting and assisting Integration Services in a variety of tasks and small projects.
Qualifications:
• Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Registration in Early Childhood Educator course, or working towards graduation and certification. • Experience working with young children with Special Needs within Licensed Child Care settings.
