A TLE Service Writer fulfills all automotive and customer service requests, maintaining a professional and safe work environment.Position Responsibilities

. Practicing the 3 Meter Attitude. . Performing all services offered in the TLE (i.e. oil changes, tire installations and rotations, etc.). . Answering Customer calls promptly. . Assisting Customers in finding merchandise. . Answering register calls promptly. . Processing all TLE Service Orders and operates the TLE Register. . Handling any customer issues and concerns. . Assisting the TLE Department Manager and TLE Manager in ordering inventory. . Assisting in completing the daily logs. . Following double check procedures on all vehicles. . Maintaining the TLE Service Schedule. . Maintaining a safe work environment through maintaining cleanliness and identifying all unsafe working conditions on the sales floor and service area. Additional Responsibilities . Adheres to all company policies and standard operating procedures. . Other responsibilities may be assigned.Qualifications

Ability to understand the meaning of written or printed matter and to record information by inscribing characters or symbols.Physical Demands

The Associate will be required to reach above shoulder height and below waist level. . The Associate will be required to have sufficient co-ordination (i.e. placing and screwing in small washer on bolt, picking up a paper clip, etc…).
