Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Technician is responsible for providing quality workmanship in the repair of products and providing consistent service and technical knowledge to our customers.

•Repair malfunctioning components, retrofit engines, change brakes, adjust steering systems, replace worn-out parts and change hydraulic fluids, running repairs, rebuild components
• Diagnose, Repair and perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical maintenance
• Maintain shop tools .

Skills and Qualifications:
• A trade certification and/or currently be registered in a related Apprenticeship program
• Industry experience in on-highway related products (e.g., Detroit Diesel engines, Allison transmissions).
• Experience performing diagnostics and rebuilds
• Fundamental written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with customers and others
• Excellent demonstrated mechanical aptitude, analysis and problem solving skills
