A Vision Centre Associate provides the Store with support in the ordering and selling of quality eyewear under the guidance of a Licensed Optician.
• Practicing the 3 Meter Attitude. • Answering Customer calls promptly. • Answering register calls promptly. • Operating the register when needed. • Maintaining 100% in stock at all times. • Meeting Customer’s needs by assisting them whenever possible. • Ensuring that department is fully stocked with merchandise and is ready for business. • Rotating stock and checking for expired products. • Zoning the department. • Ensuring the merchandise is properly signed and priced. • Maintaining all risers properly. • Maintaining modular labels. • Maximizing Vision Centre sales and profit with direction from the Vision Centre Manager. • Providing assistance to the Licensed and Student Opticians in ensuring the education of Patients on the best lenses, frames and contact lens products. • Participating in the execution of regular competition surveys and execution of marketing and merchandising programs as per company expectations. • Accurately filing Customers’ orders, booking eye exams and performing marketing tasks with direction from the Vision Centre Manager. Additional Responsibilities • Adheres to all company policies and standard operating procedures. • Other responsibilities may be assigned.
