We are recruiting for an Accounts Payable-Accounts Receivable Clerk for our office in Golden Lake. This a permanent, full-time position working 34 hours per week. The work schedule is Monday-Thursday 8:30 am-4:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am-12:30 pm.

Duties of this position:

• Verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
• Assist with maintaining the general ledger
• Posting customer payments
• Invoicing for jobs
• Assist with month-end procedures
• Prepare reports as directed

• Experience in a business office environment.
• Attention to detail
• Strong mathematical skills
• Experience with accounts payable or accounts receivable or education in those areas
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to analyze accounts and problem solve
• Skilled in time management and organization
• Good communication skills
• Entry-level proficiency in Microsft Excel and Word programs
