Administrative Assistant-Entry Level
Adecco is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a 1 month on site contract with a possibility of extension. . The successful candidate must be eligible for Security Clearance.The Administrative Assistant-Entry Level will have the following responsibilities:

  • Assists operations management and compliance;
  • Business Support services and traveler assistance for multiple delegated business activities such as Enterprise Services, Site Services, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection and Supplier Management;
  • Responds to routine or basic processes to support local hire employees and international assignees and accomplish a task;
  • Assists with facilities operations and administration, non-real-property project administration, property administration and facilities provisioning activities;
  • Assists with routing recurring accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax or other business objectives through collecting, processing, and distributing cost or financial data;
  • Aides with processes and procedures for safeguarding people, property, information, and the environment while becoming familiar with compliance standards;
  • Assists in compiling data from various sources. Aides in event support and executive visits;
  • Other duties as required;

The Administrative Assistant-Entry Level must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Must have a college diploma or certificate in office administration/Business Administration or any other related field;
  • Must have minimum 1 year of relevant experience;
  • Must have experience in applying appropriate techniques and practices in planning, priority setting, and organizational assessment, required to manage shifting and unforeseen priorities;
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of various software programs (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, confidential, and sensitive environment and work effectively under pressure to meet set deadlines;
  • Excellent administrative abilities, strong organizational skills, and detail oriented;
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Collaborative, open minded and creative in a team-oriented setting;
  • Adaptable, reliable and takes initiative;
  • Positive attitude supports team efforts and works cooperatively with others;
