We are currently recruiting for an individual to work in the combined role of Laborer, Insulation Installer, and Spray Foam Apprentice. This is a full-time, year-round position.

This position will be responsible to assist the spray foam applicators in job site preparations and teardowns while getting hands-on experience in the trade. The position includes the installation of blown-in insulation and fiberglass batts in a both residential and commercial projects, all to the required specifications provided by the supervisors. This position is a foundation for further advancement within a growing company.

• Basic knowledge of insulation and/or one year of prior work-related experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record and reliable mode of transportation to work.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently as well as operate as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a respectful and professional demeanor.

Characteristics of the job include:

• Frequent and/or repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Climbing and the use of ladders and scaffolding.
• The capability of working in tight and confined spaces.
• Work in seasonal weather conditions.
• Stamina to work extended hours.
• Will be required to wear respirators with cartridge filters.

Competitive rates of pay are offered that increase with experience.
