As an Auto Body Technician, you will play a crucial role in repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
Duties
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the necessary repair procedures.
- Perform body repairs including welding, sanding, and painting.
- Replace or repair damaged parts such as bumpers, fenders, and doors.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to restore vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in auto body repair techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in the automotive industry.
- Certification from an accredited automotive training program is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
