We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding potential buyers through the vehicle purchasing process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of automobiles, and a passion for delivering a memorable buying experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand and meet the needs of customers by providing accurate and detailed information about available vehicles, features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the vehicle’s performance and features.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current automotive industry trends, products, and competitors.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
