Automotive Service Advisor

Hyundai Pembroke is looking for a Full-time Service Advisor! Our Advisors are responsible for the customer experience resulting in Sales Volume as well as Customer Retention. To achieve this they must have a strong knowledge of the services offered and how they benefit the customer’s lifestyle and automotive maintenance needs!

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Meet and greet all customers promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all steps of check-in, including walk around inspection, are followed without failure.
  • Walk around inspections to be completed each and every time.
  • Confirm customer’s email address and contact information.
  • Review vehicle’s maintenance history – review with customer, checking for any recalls and campaigns.
  • Offer services based on vehicle history and previous recommendations.
  • Address and document all vehicle concerns, clarifying where needed.
  • Present recommended services and overcome objections.
  • Document all declined service.
  • Update the customer every 2 hours on the status of the repair, even if there is not further information.
