Qualifications

We’re looking for experienced Branch Managers who can lead a team and provide excellent customer service. To qualify, you should have:

  • 3+ years of management experience in a small or start-up branch office, retail or financial services
  • 5+ years of experience working with customers and solving their problems
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience coaching, training, and developing a team

Responsibilities

As a Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the success of your branch. You should have strong financial knowledge and be able to:

  • Manage your time and priorities effectively
  • Go above and beyond to serve customers
  • Work well with others and adapt to change
  • Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations
  • Analyze financial data and branch performance
  • Develop partnerships to grow the business

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
