Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining and food preparation spaces.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products served.
• Assist in food preparation and assembly as needed, adhering to portion control standards.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers and team members alike.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in handling cash and operating a POS system.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Previous experience in food service is a plus.
• Greet customers and handle transactions efficiently.
• Assist with preparing orders on the production line.

Job Type: Part-time
