Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or issues to management.
• Handle heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules while maintaining quality standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and maintain physical stamina throughout the shift.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed
