Construction Scheduler

We are recruiting for a Construction Scheduler to play a key role in ensuring timely and effective project delivery. This is a full-time position in our Golden Lake office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, realistic construction schedules for our residential projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that their schedules are integrated into the overall project schedule
• Track progress and communicate reasons for schedule variance
• Prepare progress reports to provide project status updates
• Collaborate with project team members to identify potential schedule impacts, propose recovery options, and implement mitigation measures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project schedules and changes
• Continuously expands and updates professional knowledge of all scheduling software to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist with other scheduling needs as needed

• Computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of the construction industry
• Open to training with online scheduling tools
• Good time management and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple schedules and solve schedule conflicts
• An understanding of construction sequencing
