Responsibilities

  • Uses communication skills to build strong relationships with customers
  • Serves every customer in a friendly, polite, and prompt manner.
  • Works through customer needs and concerns (both in-person and on the phone)
  • Ensures that the shelves are fully stocked, and presented in an aesthetically pleasing and organized manner
  • Ensures the storefront is always clean and presented to the highest company standard

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail sales
  • Availability to work three to four days a week – Tuesday to Saturday
  • Punctual
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to varying tasks as required
  • Team player

Salary: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pembroke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
