Responsibilities
- Uses communication skills to build strong relationships with customers
- Serves every customer in a friendly, polite, and prompt manner.
- Works through customer needs and concerns (both in-person and on the phone)
- Ensures that the shelves are fully stocked, and presented in an aesthetically pleasing and organized manner
- Ensures the storefront is always clean and presented to the highest company standard
Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales
- Availability to work three to four days a week – Tuesday to Saturday
- Punctual
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to adapt to varying tasks as required
- Team player
Salary: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pembroke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
