Duties:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
– Provide accurate information to callers and assist with inquiries
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members and doctors
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Receive and distribute mail and packages
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, faxing, and photocopying

Skills:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals including children and special needs populations
– Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Basic computer skills required

Salary: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
