As a Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

You will be assisting in welcoming guests and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Field complaints or customer concerns with the utmost respect and direct to appropriated management staff.

This is a position that is very important to both the inner workings and the guest experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Pembroke. This position will assist the management team in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, providing outstanding customer service. Would you like to be part of an award winning hotel?

Qualifications and skills we are looking for are highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent at multitasking, and have a good understanding of time management. You should be positive, a problem-solver with good customer service skills. Experience in hospitality is preferred.
