We are looking for skilled Industrial Millwrights to join our team. These are full-time positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, dismantle, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment per engineering specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with equipment.
  • Repair malfunctioning machinery including motors, pumps, valves, and controls.
  • Use hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools to complete tasks safely and effectively.
  • Fabricate new parts to replace defective ones during machine setup, maintenance, or overhaul.
  • Assist with predictive maintenance and condition monitoring tasks.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Industrial Millwright in the province of Ontario (Interprovincial Red Seal certification).
  • Two years of related experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • High degree of mechanical aptitude and proven mechanical skills.
  • Ability to detect, isolate, and identify malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
  • Proficiency in fabricating parts for machine maintenance and overhaul.
  • Familiarity with predictive maintenance and condition monitoring tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Shift Premiums:

 

  • $1.50 per hour for night shifts (7:00pm-7:00am)
  • $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts (Saturday from 7:00am to Monday at 7:00am)
