Janitor/Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance throughout the facility.
• Conduct minor repairs and maintenance as needed to ensure the functionality of the facilities.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed
