Our areas of practice include family law, child protection, wills and powers of attorney and civil litigation.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant – Law Clerk to join our small but dynamic family law firm. This is a full-time position.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing client communications, scheduling appointments, preparing draft legal documents, and assisting in various tasks related to family law cases.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a legal administrative assistant role, preferably in family law
  • Familiarity with family law terminology and legal procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in legal management software (e.g., Cosmolex, Divorcemate)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
