Moulding Supervisor

We currently have an opening for a Moulding Supervisor. This is a full-time position.

Reporting to the Logistics and Value Add Manager, the Moulding Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of the production department concerning safety, all plant operating machinery, and related equipment.

Duties:

• Ensure that all reporting team members adhere to company policies and procedures
• Model company core values
• Follow health and safety policies and programs while promoting and communicating on a regular basis our “safe to the core” value

• High school diploma
• Technical or mechanical education or certification is considered an asset
• 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Experience working in pulp and paper and/or a manufacturing facility is considered an asset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to make decisions in stressful situations
• Ability to multi-task and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work rotating shifts
