Description:
Kool-Vent is a customer-focused full-service HVAC company that was originally started in 2006. Located in Pembroke, we employ highly trained people with a goal to make our company the best HVAC company in the Ottawa Valley.

We are recruiting an Office Administrator. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the telephone, and scheduling appointments
  • Receiving and disbursing, emails and mail for the office
  • Receiving payments from clients
  • Maintaining an organized workspace
  • Providing exceptional service to clients in a professional manner
  • Preparing and sending invoices
  • Imputing payables and receivables
Qualifications
  • College diploma in office administrative an asset
  • Experience in Sage an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professionalism
  • A strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Computer proficiency
