Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate contact.
Checking and answering email inquiries or directing to the appropriate staff member.
Taking payments and applying to the correct account.
Following up with overdue accounts.
Preparing payments for vender accounts.
Filing paperwork.
Preparing deposits and maintaining details records of petty cash and credit card statements.
Sending Statements to customers.
Helping and assisting with other administration duties as required
