Job Description

WHAT’S THE JOB?

  • Paints, varnishes, stains, enamels, lacquers and redecorates walls, woodworks, fixtures and furniture of the buildings and facilities using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Fills nail holes, joints and cracks in walls and prefabricated partitions with plaster and other fillers, remove and repair loose sections or damaged plaster, drywall or ceiling throughout, stress cracks, skimming, install drywall and finish.
  • Keeping work area orderly, clean and safe.
  • Ensures proper care in the use of equipment and supplies.
  • Paint multiple coats of finish to industry standard.
  • Work in occupied and vacant houses

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing and Climbing stairs
  • Bending, kneeling and walking
  • Clean driving abstract
  • Certified Painter
  • Or industry experience
