Mountain River Childcare Association/ Children’s Junction Day Care

Children’s Junction Daycare in Deep River is looking to add Registered Early Childhood Educators or equivalent, to be part of our team.
We are looking for part-time staff to start, with the opportunity for additional hours, between the hours of 7:30-5:30.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts, providing opportunities to express creativity through the media of art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
Be able to plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.

 The successful candidates must have:
•       RECE Diploma or similar experience
•       Criminal  reference check, with a vulnerable sector check
•       Valid CPR and First Aid
•       Up-to-date immunizations
•       Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills
