Job Description: Retail Manager

Duties:

– Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
– Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue goals
– Train and supervise retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Implement promotional activities to drive customer traffic and increase sales

Skills:

– Strong organizational skills to effectively manage store operations, inventory, and staff
– Abilities to handle paperwork, scheduling, and reporting
– Ability to lift 50lbs
– Effective time management skills
