We sell Coast hot tubs which are rated number one for energy efficiency, along with Coast Spas hot tubs and Fox swimming pools.  All of these companies provide Canadian-made products with excellent quality. We also offer timely and efficient service with quality replacement parts, provided by trained, professional service technicians.

 

We are currently recruiting for a hot tub and pool Sales Manager. This is a full-time position working five days per week which may include a Saturday.

 

The Sales Manager is the lead person for our retail sales of pools and hot tubs. In addition to serving customers, you will be part of the business operations. Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Tracking sales and monitoring inventory
  • Provide support to other sales staff
  • Participating in vendor training and education and conveying that to other staff
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service leading up to, during and following the sale
  • Oversee the layout of the store and ensure it remains visually attractive
  • Manage the water-testing process
  • Contribute to sales strategies, measure promotion performance and contribute input
Qualifications
  • Sales experience is required
  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in a related industry
  • Strong skills in communication, leadership and organization
  • Comfortable dealing with people and training others to be comfortable as well
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
