We are excited to hire a Seasonal full time Park supervisor for our beautiful RV park & campground located at Deep River Ontraio. (Tiny Village Ottawa River)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team.

Our Campground is located 27 minutes from Petawawa and 40 minutes from Pembroke.

The main aspects of the job include customer service, managing staff, maintaining the park, leasing and sales, driving financial performance and other duties related to property management.

Work experience

Minimum 3 years experience in the property management, hospitality and/parks and resorts or a related area. Work experience in the RV Campground sector may be particularly useful.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be part of PASAGO Investment Management Inc. team, and the scope of responsibilities will range from optimizing day-to-day operations as follow:

  • Be the day-to-day point of contact for visitors and residents and respond to their inquiries or complaints
  • Provides management direction and oversight for the preservation of cultural and natural resources
  • Manages the planning, construction, and maintenance of facilities
  • Ensure all parts of the park are operating effectively in terms of staff and equipment
  • Work with the owners to create and implement park policies and procedures
  • Oversee the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for park employees, customers, and general public.
  • Enforce Park rules and standards and ensure compliance with all laws
  • Hire, train, schedule and supervise staff as required
  • Prepare an annual resort budget, produce timely, accurate and on-target financial reports, and complete basic bookkeeping such as rent collection, payroll, and invoicing
  • Checking email, creating & processing rental contracts and managing current year-round contracts
  • Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenues
  • Create new events and experiences for visitors
  • Market new, pre-owned and/or brokered homes for sale in the park and prepare required documents
  • Follow all Provincial, Federal and Public Health Covid19 Health Measures

Work Conditions

Work is performed in both an office environment and outside in a supervisory role currently on a 40-hour work week and is subject to responding to emergency calls when required.

This position also requires some attendance of after-hour, night, and weekends to meet deadlines and workload.

We require satisfactory clearance under the Police Background Check and qualified to legally work in Canada.

Expected start date: July 01- 2025

Job Types: Seasonal Full-time (From late June to October 31st)

Salary: 4,000.00 Monthly.  This is a supervisor position and offers a salary commensurate with experience and education.

Residence: Living accommodation + Utilities during the season (One room sharing common areas) are included in the compensation package.
