RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Archiving of patient information to an off-site location
- Sorting of charts into terminal digit order
- Filing of charts into terminal digit order
- Use of Health Information System (HIS) Anzer
- Use of a label printer
- Ability to lift 30 lbs repetitively
- Ability to lift overhead
- Ability to work below waist level
- Working in a warehouse
- Use of a pallet jack
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed high school diploma
- Self motivated, responsible and organized
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Embodies the LEAN ideology by actively and continually seeking opportunities for continuous improvement
- Must have demonstrated ability to meet the attendance standards of the Hospital
- Bilingualism preferred (French/English)
