RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Archiving of patient information to an off-site location
  • Sorting of charts into terminal digit order
  • Filing of charts into terminal digit order
  • Use of Health Information System (HIS) Anzer
  • Use of a label printer
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs repetitively
  • Ability to lift overhead
  • Ability to work below waist level
  • Working in a warehouse
  • Use of a pallet jack

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed high school diploma
  • Self motivated, responsible and organized
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Embodies the LEAN ideology by actively and continually seeking opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Must have demonstrated ability to meet the attendance standards of the Hospital
  • Bilingualism preferred (French/English)
