Full Job Description

Reports to: Erica Severin, Branch Manager

Job Summary:

Sani-Sol is a full distributor of innovative, commercial cleaning products, equipment, and accessories. We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Supporting Staff Member to join our team in Pembroke. The Supporting Staff Member will assist with a variety of tasks, including customer service, warehouse operations, and office administration. This individual will be a key member of the team, contributing to the smooth and efficient functioning of our Pembroke location.

This is a contract position for 1 year, with the possiblity of extension to permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate records and inventory of warehouse products and supplies

Assist with warehouse tasks such as receiving, stocking, and packing orders

Perform office administration tasks such as data entry and filing

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1-3 years of customer service experience is appreciated

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
