I am seeking a skilled and dedicated person to join my team. The ideal candidate will need to be mechanically inclined and possess an ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients to diagnose problems and provide solutions. An understanding of electrical and mechanical systems will be required in ensuring high-quality service delivery. All successful applicants will be provided with a probation period of 3 months.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances including washers, dryers, and ovens.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
  • Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot appliance issues accurately.
  • Perform routine maintenance and assembly of appliances to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs.
  • Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques to enhance service efficiency through training.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in appliance repair or a related field is required.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand electrical systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
