We are looking for individuals with intelligence, energy, and most importantly integrity.

We require a motivated individual who is organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and who has a passion for all things Automotive. Above average communication skills are needed in order to meet the expectations of our Staff and Customers alike.

Responsibilities:

· Supervision of the opening and closing of repair orders and reviewing them for accuracy

· Providing training to assist Service Advisors to meet goals for productivity and customer satisfaction

· Managing warranty claims and ensuring their quick submission

· Working closely with the Management Team to ensure department goals and forecasts are being met and managed

· Managing department cash flow, expenses and receivables

· Ensuring a positive work atmosphere for all staff and a great experience for every customer
