We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team.

The position primarily offers Seasonal part-time job from May to October, with flexible start and end dates.
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in customer service and/or outdoor work considered an asset;
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, weekdays and holidays;
• Must have good interpersonal skills to work with customers of all ages;
• Ability to work well in a team and individually;
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong problem-solving, organization and time management skills;
• Ability to understand and execute detailed written and oral instructions;
• The ability to learn to use online booking software in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy;
• Experience conducting grounds maintenance activities; mowing, trimming Carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, grounds maintenance. etc. considered an asset;
• A G or G2 Driver’s license is considered an asset;
Duties:
• Keep a public area and accommodations safe, clean, and operating efficiently to serve the needs of its visitors and Seasonal Campers;
• Engage with guests at the park and encourage participation in events;
• Responsible for maintaining the equipment;
• Handle and responds to necessary repair and maintenance requests.
• Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools;
• Perform Holding pumping tank;
• Litter pick up and general upkeep of common areas, including showers/laundry/bathrooms
• Landscaping of resort; lawn/weeds/trees trimmed, fallen tree/branch removal (within capability)
• Dock placement, road maintenance
• Promote an environment that is safe, enjoyable and customer friendly
• General campground duties (fire pit site clean up, wood stacking)
• Work with Resort Manager to ensure all facilities are running smoothly
• Prepare sites/cabins for new guests;
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction;
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility;
• Greet and assist guests as they arrive, providing information about services and facilities.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
