Maid in the Valley is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team in the Pembroke, Petawawa, and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexibility and independence while working in a supportive, professional environment.
This is a subcontractor position with flexible scheduling, making it a great fit for moms, veterans, students, or anyone wanting more control over their work-life balance. We specialize in residential cleaning, move-out cleans, post-construction cleaning, deep cleans, and recurring maintenance services.

Pay & Position Details
First month paid training at $22/hour
After training:
$25/hour for regular maintenance cleans
Higher rates available for move-outs, post-construction, deep cleans, and specialty jobs
Flexible scheduling

Job Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
Has strong attention to detail
Is dependable, professional, and punctual
Is able to work independently and manage their time well
Has a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Is comfortable traveling within Pembroke, Petawawa, and surrounding areas
Has good communication and customer service skills
Can perform physical work including lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive cleaning tasks
Is willing to complete a criminal record check
Is comfortable working in homes with children and pets
Is able to maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Preferred Qualities
Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but not required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow cleaning checklists and company standards
Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed
